They have been running mushroom hunts in Ireland and abroad since 1996. Bill speaks internationally at Mushroom festivals in Spain, France, Italy and Turkey.

Their Mushroom hunts in Ireland have been covered and recommended by RTE TV (Corrigan knows food, Nationwide, Living the Wildlife. Neven Maguire’s Irish Food Trails), TV3, TG4, Irish Times, Irish Independent, Examiner, Sunday Independent, Sunday Times(Katy McGuinness feature), RTE 1 Radio(Morning Ireland, Mooney goes wild, ), Sunday Business Post(top ten events of the year), Food and Wine magazine, and others.
Bill has studied fungi at UCD. He is a founding member of the Association of Foragers(a UK/European wide professional foragers group) and an Irish delegate for the Slow Food.
They run several public mushroom hunts in Autumn every year and are also available for private events. Mushroomstuff works with different groups including chefs, universities/colleges, slow food and mushroom/food festivals.
